Exporting a Ticket
You can export all or selected tickets using filters to a PDF or CSV report.
Follow the procedure below to export a ticket:
- Go to CASES.
- Click Add Filter search field to search any ticket using filters.
The table displays the tickets matching the filter criteria. - Select one or more tickets from the list and click Export button.
- In the Export Report dialog box, select the following:
- Report Option: Select Summary for all tickets or Detailed report for selected tickets
- User Notes (optional): Description related to the exported document.
- Output Format: PDF or CSV
- Maximum Rows: Maximum number of rows to appear in the report.
- Click Generate.
'Export Successful' message is displayed. - Click Open Report File to download and save the report.
